COOLING SYSTEM 5 eRemove the upper mud guard mounting screws in the right wheel housing
AReservoir Tank Hose eVisually inspect the old coolantIf whitish cotton-like wafts are observed, aluminum parts in the cooling system are corrodedA brownish color of the coolant indicates rusting of iron partsIf the coolant gives off an abnormal smell when changing, it may be caused by exhaust gas leaking into the cooling system (coolant leaks into engine)ePut the reservoir tank hose on the original position and install the clampeTighten the drain plug to the specified torque (see Exploded View)Always replace the gasket with new one, if it is damagedeFill the radiator up to the bottom of the radiator filler neck with coolant, and install the cap, turning it clockwise by about ;4 turnRadiator Filler Neck

eFold the upper portion of the mud guard outward for the access to the radiator capeRemove the radiator cap in two stepsFirst turn the cap counterclockwise to the first stopThen push and turn it further in the same direction and remove the cap
