olf the float is improperly installed, the specified fuel level cannot be maintainedFuel spilled from the carburetor is hazardous
-Set the float height as specified (see Fuel Level Adjustment)-Slip the needle through the hole in the center of the vacuum piston, and put the spring seat on the top of the needleTurn the seat so that it does not block the hole at the bottom of the vacuum piston

-Carefully screw in the air bleed pipeIt will seat against the needle jet, pushing the end of the jet into the carburetor bore
