throttle handle housing no3 and multi-function switch no4 (see below in this subsection) steering clamp mounting bolts no5 and steering clamp no6 handlebar no7FRAME
During assemblyinstallation, use torque values and service products as in the exploded viewClean threads before applying thread locker
Inspect the handlebar for damage, cracks or bending, replace if any problems is detected
For the installation, reverse the removal procedureTorque front steering clamps nuts first, then rear nuts
Remove: grip screw and end piece cut grip using knife for removal
Remove: front fender and steering cover (refer to BODYFRAME) steering clamp mounting bolts no5, steering clamp no6, handlebar no7 and steering cover support no8 cotter pin no9, castellated nut no10 and flat washer no11 from bottom end of steering column no12Unfasten tie-rods no13 from steering columnRefer to TIE-RODRemove half housing bolts no14, stopper plates no15, half housings no16 and housing bushings no17Pull steering column
