Install crankcase assembly on blocks with magneto side facing upwardsRemove O-ring on output shaft
Remove balancer shaft
Check balancer shaft bearing in the front and rear housing for excessive play and smooth operationReplace if necessary
For installation, reverse the removal procedureDo not forget, to align the camshaft gear dot with the control gear dot as well as the dot on crankshaft gear with the balancing shaft gear dot
Use the same removal procedure as balancer shaftP0008412
