For installation, reverse the removal procedurePay attention to the following detailsApply engine oil in cylinder boreInstall new gasket no20 between cylinder and crankcaseUsing ring compressor, slide piston no21 into cylinderInstall bolts no18 first, then flanged bolts no4, then flanged nuts no7
Inspect piston for scoring, cracking or other damagesUsing micrometer, measure piston at 16 mm (58 in) perpendicularly (90) to piston pin axis
Remove cylinder no6Pull hydraulic lifters no22 out of crankcase
