First remove flat washer no10 and screw no11, locking spring no9, locking spring washer no8, pawl lock no7 and pawl no6 Remove sheave no3 from starter housing no1Disengage key no4 and pull out rope no5 Lubricate spring assembly with Molykote PG 54 and position into starter housing as illustrated
