Install thermostat with new gasketInstall the thermostat cover then torque screws to Nm (80 lb-inCheck coolant level in radiator and coolant tank and top up if necessary The coolant expands as the temperature (up to 100110C (212230F)) and pressure rise in the systemIf the limiting system working radiator cap is reached 110 kPa (16 PSI), the pressure relief valve in the radiator cap is lifted from its seat and allows coolant to flow through the overflow hose into the overflow coolant tankV01G0AA
