Using pump, pressurize all system to 103 kPa (15 PSI) V01C09A
Place the vehicle on level surface and check the coolant in the coolant tank no1The coolant level should be between MINand MAXlevel marks of the coolant tank

If the level in the tank is lower than the MINmark, remove the coolant tank cap no2 and add coolant up to MAXmarkReinstall the tank cap then check the level in the radiator no3Add coolant if necessary
Check all hoses, radiator no3 and cylinderbase for coolant leaksSpray soapwater solution and look for air bubblesCheck general condition of hoses and clamp tightnessCheck the leak indicator hole if there is oil or coolantThis hole is located on the magneto housing no6 near the meeting point with the water pump housing no7
