FRONT DRIVING MECHANISM Applyof molybdenum disulfide rease to the pinion joint sp lines Place th boot band over the pinion joint temporarilyInstall the propeller shaft into the pinion jOintaligning he splines until the stop per ring sea ts in th grooveMake sure the stopper ring is seated properly by pulling the propeller shaft lightlyInstall the boot over th pinion joint groove securely and the booband into the boot grooveCoat new O-ring with molybdenum disulfide grease and insta ll it in to the output shaft groove Apply molybdenum isulfide grease to the propeller shaft joint spl inesMove the gear case assembly forward for maximum clea rance between th shaft joint and output shaftEngage th shaft joint over he output shaft and move the ge ar case assembly rearward
