Apply locking agent to the threads of the two 10mm boltsInstall the six bolts and tighten th em in several steps until the cover evenly touches the case Thenwhile rotating the pinion gear, tighten the bolts to the specified torque in crisscross pattern in several stepsTORQUE: 10 mm bolt: 46.5 N-m 14.7 kgfm34Ibfft) mm bolt: 25 Nm 2.6 kgfm 19 Ibf.ft) Make sure that the gear assembly rotates smoothly without binding Install the following- final clutch housing (page 19-22)differential lock clutch hous ing (page 19-27 )
