DISASSEMBL YIINSPECTION
The housing is under sprmg pressure: hold the housing wh en loosemng the bolt
Remove the following:4WD select switch and sealing washerth ree boltsfinal clutch housing (by releasing the shih fork from the sleeve)clutch sleevea-ringdowel pins Check the splines of the pinion joint, clutch sleeve and pinion gear shah for wear or damageCheck the needle bearing in the pinion gear shah for wear or damage
