FRONT DRIVE SHAFT
REMOVAL
Remove the knuckle (page 15-101(0

Hold the inboard joint of the drive shaft and tug firmly to force the stopper ring on the inboard join end past the groove wh il prying with screwdriver
Remove the stopper ring from the inboard joint
DISASSEMBL YIINSPECTION
Do not confuse the left and right drive shaft partsCheck the boots for cuts or other damage Check the drive shaft joints for excessive play or noise by moving the joints in circular direction If the outboard joint seems to be worn or damagedthe drive shaft must be re placedNOTE :
