BRAKE SYSTEM Instal new oi seals onto the reservoirInstal the reservoir into the master cylinder and secure it with the boltTORQUE: 2.5 N'm (0.25 kgfm, 1.8Ibf.ft)
Inserr rhe boilS from rhe pedal side
Install the master cy linder with the mounting bolts and the nut, aligning the push rod slit with the brake pedalConnect the brake pipes to the master cyli nder with the joint nutsTighten the mountin nuts, then tighten the joint nuts TORQUE: Mounting nut: 27 N'm (2.8 kgfm, 20 Ibf.ft) Joint nut: 14 N'm (1 .4 kgfm, 10 IbUt) Connect the push rod to th peda with the jOint pin and secure it with new cotter pinCheck the brake peda height (page 4-21)Fill and bleed the hydraulic system (page 18-7)
