STEERING SYSTEM Applyof grease to the inner surface of the end bushingInstall the bushing by aligning the bosses with the grooves in the housing
BUSHING
Applyto of grease to the teeth of the steering rack evenlyBe careful nor ro damage rhe bushing by the rack end edge
Insert the rack into the gear box housing slowly in the direction as shown
Apply grease to the needle bearing in the gear box housing and the ball bearing on the steering pinionMake sure the rack teeth can be seen through the pinion hole and insert new pinionbearing assembly into the housingPress the bearing in until it is fully seated, using the special tool
