FRONT WHEELSUSPENSION
FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER
REMOVAL
Raise the front wheels off th ground (page 1-48)Support the lower arm Remove the mounting nuts, bo lts and shock absorber
INSPECTION
Remove the pivot collarCheck the pivot bushings for wear or damageCheck the damper nit for leaks or other damageReplace the shock absorber assembly if necessaryBUSHINGS
INSTALLATION
Instal new dust seals into the lower pivot with the li ps side facing out unt il they are ful ly seated Apply molybdenum disulfide grease to the lower pivot bushing and dust seal li psInstall the pivot col lar
