FRONT WHEEUSUSPENSION If plug has been inserted, trim it even ith the inner tire surfaceTemporaril place rubber patch that is at least twice the size of the puncture over the injuryMake mark arou nd the patch, sl ightly larger than the patch itselfRough the area marked inside the ti re ith tire buffer or wire brushClean the rubber dust from the buffed area
Apply cement over the area marked and allow it to dry until tackyDo not touch the cement with irty or greasy handsRemove the lining from the patch and center over the injuryPress the patch against the injury using special ro ller
ASSEMBLY
Install the tire onto the rim where the rim shoulder idth is the narrowestto simplify installationClean the rim bead seat and flangesUse only waler as IlJbflcanr when removing Of mounting tiresSoap or some mounting lubricants may leave slippery residue which can cause the tire 10 Shift on the rim and lose Bif pressure durmg drlvmg
