Cl ean all intake and exhaust valves th oroughly to remov carbon depositsApply light coat of Pruss ian Blu to each valve seatTap the valve against the valve seat several times without rotating the valve, to check for roper valve seat contactHAND-LAPPING TOOL
The valve cannoi be ground If valve face IS burned or badlf' worn or If II contacts the seal unevenl reolace the valve
Remove th alve and inspect the valve seal faceThe valve seat contact should be with the specified id th and even all around the circumferenceSTANDARD: 1.01.1 mm (0.0390.043 in) SERVICE LIMIT: 1.4 mm (0.06 in)
