YES NOReplace the PCM with known good one and recheck- Intermittent failure
DTC 64-1 (DRIVE POWER LOW VOLTAGE)
Before starting the troubleshooting, check that the battery and IGN fuse (10 AI are In good condition1Recheck OTC Erase the OTC (page 6-13)Turn the ignition switch to OFF (0) and ON (I), Recheck the DTC with the HOS pocket tester

YES NOGO TO STEP 2- Intermittent failure
