BRAKE SYSTEM
HYDRAULIC BRAKE
Firmly apply the brake pedal and check that no air has entered the system If the brake peda feels soft or spongy when ope rated, bleed the system Bleeding procedure (page 18-7) Release the retai ning straps and open the front hood Unlock rh ca rgo bed by pulling up on the release lever and then ra ise the bed Inspect the brake hoses, pipes and fittings for deterioration, cracks, damage or signs of leakageTighten any loose fittings Replace hoses, pipes and fittings as required
