Remove the following:seat center cover (page 3-5)center frame cover (page 3-7) Remove the adjusting nut and joint pin to disconnect the parking brake rodRemove the rod springRemove the following from the crossbar:two bolts and brake cable holderthrottle cable clipignition coil wire and throttle body wire (untie the wire band and release the ignition coil wire from the wire clip)accessory socket 2P (green) connector Remove the four 10-mm nuts and boltsRemove the four 12-mm bolts and the crossbarInstallation is in the reverse order of removalTORQUE:
