HYDRAULIC DISC BRAKE If the push rod joint is reinstalled, adjust the push rod length so the distance from the center of the lower mounting bolt hole to the center of the joint pin hole is 79 mm (3.1 0.04 in)Tighten the joi nt lock nutTORQUE: 17 N'm (1.8 kgfm, 13 Ibfft)

Coat new -ring with brake fluid and install it onto the reservoir hose jointInstall the hose joint into the master cylinderApply locking agent to the joint screw threadsInstall the screw and tighten itTORQUE: 1.5 Nm (0.2 kgfm, 1.1 IbUt)
Install the master cylinder and switch stay, and tighten the mounting bolts securelyConnect the brake hose with the oil bolt and new sealing washersRest the hose joint against the stopper of the master cylinder and tighten the oil bolt to the specified torqueTORQU E: 34 Nm (3.5 kgfm, 25 Ibfft)
