HYDRAULIC DISC BRAKE Install new bracket pin boot into the caliper body and pack the silicone grease to the inside of the bootInstall new slide pin boot into the groove in the caliper bodyApply silicone grease to the grease groove in the sl ide pinInstall the slide pin and set the boot rib into the boot groove in the sl ide pinBRACKET PIN BOOT
Install the pad spring as shownInstall the cone washer onto the slide pin with the concavity facing the bracket sideApply locking agent to the slide pin threadsInstall the caliper bracket over the caliper body and thread the slide pin into the bracket, being careful not damage the slide pin bootMake sure the boot ribs are seated into the boot grooves in the slide and bracket pins properly
BRACKET PIN BOOT
Install the brake pads (page 15-9)Tighten the slide pin to the specified torqueTORQUE: 22 N'm (2.2 kgfm, 16Ibfft) Install the rubber capSet the brake hose eyelet into the stopper grooveConnect the brake hose with the oil bolt and new sealing washers, and tighten the oil bolt to the specified torque TORQUE: 34 'm (3.5 kgfm, 25Ibfft) Fill and bleed the front brake hydraulic system (page 15-7)Install the front wheel (page 13-14)'
