HYDRAULIC DISC BRAKE
FRONT BRAKE CALIPER
DISASSEMBLY
Remove the front wheel (page 13-14)Drain the brake fluid from the hydraulic system (page 15-6)Remove the rubber cap and loosen the slide pinWhen removing the oil bolt, cover the end of the hose to prevenr contamination
Disconnect the brake hose from the brake caliper by removing the oil bolt and sealing washersRemove the front brake pads (page 15-9)SLIDE' PIN
Loosen the slide pin and remove the following from the caliper body: caliper bracket cone washer pad spring bracket pin boot caliper slide pin (release the boot lib from the pin groove) slide pin boot
