HYDRAULIC DISC BRAKE Connect bleed hose to the rear brake caliper bleed valveLoosen the bleed valve and pump the brake pedal until no more fluid flows out of the bleed valveInstall the rear fender (page 2-5)

Close the front brake caliper bleed valveFill the front master cylinder reservoir with DOT brake fluid from sealed containerFollow the manufacturers operating instructionsCheck the fluid level often while bleeding the brake to prevent air from being pumped into the system
Connect commercially ava ilable brake bleeder to the bleed valveOperate the brake bleeder and loosen the bleed valveIf an automatic refill system is not used, add fluid when the fluid level in the reservoir is low
