FRONT WHEELSUSPENSIONSTEERING Slide the boot off the throttle cable adjusterLoosen the cable adjusterBend down the lock washer tab and remove the following: pivot nut lock washer return spring throttle arm (by disconnecting the cable)
throttle lever plastic washer dust seal (from the housing)
PLASTIC WASHER
ASSEMBLY
Coat new dust seal lip with grease and install it into the housingInstall the plastic washer onto the throttle leverInsert the throttle lever into the housing
