GEARSHIFT LINKAGE Install the plunger springs, plungers and ratchet pawls into the drum shifter, and set them into the guide plateGUIDE PLATE RATCHET PAWL
DRUM SHIFTER Install the guide plate assembly and tighten the bolts securelyInstall the sh ifter collar onto the drum shifter
PLUNGER
Install the washer onto the gearshift spindleInsert the spindle into the crankcase while aligning the return spring ends with the spring pin, and the slot with the shifter collarIf you remove the shift return spring pin, tighten it to the specified torqueTORQUE: 21 Nm (2.1 kgfm, 15 Ibf.ft) Install the left crankcase cover (page 11-14)
