REMOVAL
Remove the left crankcase cover (page 11-5)Pull the gearshift spindle assembly and washer out of the crankcase
Remove the shifter collarRemove the guide plate boltsRemove the guide plate, drum shifter, ratchet pawls, plungers and springs as an assembly
