Thi section covers service of the clutchThese services can be performed with the engine installed in the frame Engine oil viscosity, oi leve and the use of oil additives have an effect on clutch disengagementOil additives of any kind are specifically not recommended When the clutch does not disengage or the vehicle creeps ith the clutch disengaged, inspect the engine oil iscosity and oil level before servicing the clutch system The crankcase must be separated when the transmissiongearshift spindleshift drum and shift forks require service (page 12-2)
