RELIEF VALVE
RELIEF VALVE CHECK
Remove the right crankcase cover (page 9-6)Remove the following from the right crankcase cover:valve capspringrelief valve Check the va lve for wear, unsmooth movement or damageCheck the spring for fatigue or damageInstall the relief valve with the long projection side facing in (crankcase cover side) Install the springApply locking agent to the cap threads and tighten it to he specified torque
