A.CAUTION
Used engine oil may cause skin cancer if repeatedly left in contact with the skin for prolonged periodsAlthough this is unlikely un less you handle used oil on daily basis, it is still advisable to thoroughly wash your hands with soap and water as soon as possible after handling used oil This section covers service of the oil pump, oil strainer (in the crankcase) The service procedures in this section can be performed with the engine installed in the frame When removing and installing the oil pump, use care not to allow dust or dirt to enter the engine After the oil pump and oil pipes has been installed, check that there are no oil leaks For oil level check and oil change (page 311) For oil fil ter replacement (page 3-12)
