MAINTENANCE Make sure the pins are staked properly by measuring the diameter of the staked area DIAMETER OF THE STAKED AREA: DID: 5.405.60 mm (0.2130.220 in) RK: 5.255.65 mm (0.2070.222 in)
After sta king, check the staked area of the master link for cracks drive chain with clip-type master link must not be used
If there is any cracking, replace the master link, rings and late

Check the drive chain slider and roller for wear or damageWhen the depth of grooves in the slider and roller reaches 2.0 mm (0.08 in), remove the material to lower the height of the center ridge between the grooves to less than 2.0 mm (0.08 in)Rep lace the slider and roller when the depth of the grooves reaches 6.0 mm (0.24 n)TORQUE: Drive chain roller bolt: 2N'm (2.2 kgfm, 16 Ibfftj (0 .08 in) CUT HERE
