This section covers removal and installation of the body panels, fuel tank and exhaust system Always replace the gaskets after removing the exhaust system Always inspect the exhaust system for leaks after installation

Footpeg holder bolt Skid plate bolt Exhaust pipe band bolt Muffler front mounting bolt Muffler rear mounting bolt Exhaust pipe cover bolt Reverse assist lever drum screw Reverse assist lever cover screw 49 N'm (5.0 kgf.m, 36 IbHt) 30 N'm (3.1 kgfm, 22 Ibfft) 23 N'm (2.3 kgfm, 17 Ibf.ft) 54 N'm (5.5 kgf.m, 40 IbHt) 74 Nm (7.5 kgfm, 55 Ibf.ft) 12 Nm (1.2 kgfm, Ibf.ft) 0.7 N'm (0.07 kgfm, 0.5 Ibf.ft) 0.38 Nm (0.04 kgfm, 0.3 Ibf.ft) ALoe bolt; replace with new one
