IGNITION SYSTEM Remove the right side cover (page 3-5)Disconnect the alternator 5P (Natural) connector and connect the peak voltage tester or adaptor probes to the Blueyellow and Greenwhite wire terminals of the alternator side connector
5P NATURAL CONNECTOR In the same manner as at the PCM connector, measure the peak voltage and compare it to the voltage measured at the PCM connector If the peak voltage measured at the PCM connector is abnormal and the one measured at the alternator connector is normal, the Blue yellow or Greenwhite wire has an open or short circuit, or loose connection If both peak voltages are abnormal, follow the checks described in the troubleshooting chart (page 21-4)If the CKP sensor is faulty, replace the statorCKP sensor assembly (page 11-11)5P (NATURAL) CONNECTOR (Alternator side of female terminal) PEAK VOLTAGE ADAPTOR GW BuY
