FRONT DRIVING MECHANISM BEARING INSPECTION Turn the inner race of each bearing in the gear case and cover with your fingerThe bearings should turn smoothly and quietlyAlso check that the bearing outer race fits tightly in the case or cover
BEARING
GEAR TOOTH CONTACT PATTERN CHECK
Keep dust and dirt Clean sealing material off the mating surfaces of the out of the case and differential case and cover, being careful not to coverdamage them
LEFT SHIM
Apply thin coat of Prussian Blue to the pinion gear teeth for tooth contact pattern checkInstall the ring gear shims onto the differential assembly
