BRAKE SYSTEM Apply silicone grease to the brake lever pivot bolt sliding surfaceInstall the pivot bolt and tighten itTORQUE: (0.1 kgfm, 0.7 Ibf ft) Install the pivot nut and tighten itTORQUE: 5.9 (0.6 kgf m, 4.3 Ibf ft) Install the brake light switch and tighten the screwTORQUE: 1.2 (0.12 kgf m, 0.9 Ibfft) PIVOT BOLT SWITCHES
PIVOT NUT Install the front brake master cylinder and holder with the "UP" mark facing up, and install the boltsConnect the front brake light switch connectorsMASTER CYLINDER
