FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER
REMOVAL
Support the vehicle using hoist or equivalent and raise the front wheel off the groundSupport the lower armRemove the mounting nuts, bolts and shock absorber
INSPECTION
Check the upper pivot bushing for wear or damageCheck the damper unit for leaks or other damageReplace the shock absorber assembly if necessaryFor lower pivot bearing inspection and replacement (page 15-26)BUSHING
