FRONT WHEELSUSPENSIONSTEERING If plug has been inserted, trim it even with the inner tire surfaceTemporarily place rubber patch that is at least twice the size of the puncture over the injuryMake mark around the patch, slightly larger than the patch itselfRough the area marked inside the tire with tire buffer or wire brushClean the rubber dust from the buffed area
Apply cement over the area marked and allow it to dry until tackyDo not touch the cement with dirty or greasy handsRemove the lining from the patch and center over the injuryPress the patch against the injury using special roller
ASSEMBLY
Install the tire onto the rim, where the rim shoulder width is the narrowest, to simplify installationClean the rim bead seat and flangesUse only water as lubricant when removing or mounting tiresSoap or some mounting lubricants may leave slippery residue which can cause the tire to shift on the rim and lose air pressure during riding
