SHIFT VALVE BODY
Do not drop or strike the solenoid valves when servicingExcessive shock may damage the solenoid valve
EMERGENCY VALVE FUNCTION
NOTE: The emergency valve is used when the hydraulic pressure is shut off by the faulty AT clutch pressure control solenoid (stuck; mechanical lock), and the vehicle is hindered from runningOpen the bypass oil circuit manually to supply hydraulic pressure (In this case, the transmission will be fixed in the 2nd range and the vehicle creeps during idling The stopper bolt that operates the emergency valve is secured with the lock plateWhen trouble occurs, remove the lock plate and turn the stopper bolt all the way in to activate the emergency valveSTOPPER BOLT
