DRIVETRAIN SYSTEM 2Remove the dummy connector and short the Brownred and Green wire terminals of the DLC using the special toolTOOL: SCS connector 070PZ-ZY30100 CONNECTION: BrownredGreen 3Turn the ignition switch ON4Remove the special tool from the DLC5The indicator will light for approximately secondsWhile the indicator lights, short the DLC terminals again with the special toolThe selfdiagnostic memory is erased if the malfunction indicator goes off and starts blinkingNOTE: The DLC must be jumped while the indicator lightsIf not, the indicator will not start blinking Note that the self-diagnostic memory cannot be erased if the ignition switch is turned OFF before the indicator starts blinking
