Make sure the mat- Apply liquid sealant (Three Bond 1215 or equivaing surfaces evenly lent) to the mating surface of the front crankcasetouch, that there is no clearance between the cases
Install the front crankcase over the rear crankcase, aligning the oil strainer pipe with the pipe holeInstall the five front crankcase boltsCheck that the mainshaft and crankshaft turns smoothly and quietly
