REMOVAL
Remove the rear crankcase cover (page 12-5)Remove the flywheel and starter driven gear using the special toolTOOL: Rotor puller 07733-0020001 or 07933-3950000 (U.S.Aonly)
Remove the needle bearing and thrust washer, and the woodruff key
STARTER CLUTCH DISASSEMBLY INSPECTION
Make sure that the starter driven gear turns clockwise smoothly and does not turn counterclockwiseRemove the driven gear while turning it clockwiseDRIVEN GEAR
