ENGINE REMOVALINSTALLATION Coat new O-ring with molybdenum disulfide grease and install it in the output shaft grooveApply molybdenum disulfide grease to the propeller shaft joint splinesEngage the propeller shaft joint over the output shaft, aligning the joint and shaft splines while moving the differential rearward
PROPELLER SHAFT JOINT Upper side: Align the mounting points of the differential and frame, and install the spacer (between the left side of the differential and frame) and 10-mm bolt from the right sideInstall new 10-mm nutLower side: Install the 10-mm bolt from the right sideFront side: Install the mounting bracket, 8-mm bolts and nutTighten the all the differential mounting fastenersTORQUE: 10 mm nut: 44 N-m (4.5 kgf m, 33 Ibfft) mm nut: 22 N-m (2.2 kgf m, 16 Ibfft)
