COOLING SYSTEM INSTALLATION Be careful not to damage the radiator fins with the oil Pipe-
Insert the bosses on the radiator bottom into the holes (mounting rubbers) in the frame to install the radiator assemblyInstall the mounting bolts and tighten themConnect the upper and lower water hoses, and tighten the hose clamps securely
RADIATOR
Route the wire and Connect the fan motor 2P (White) connector and hose properly (page secure the wires with the clip1-20)
Connect the breather hose (pink) to the frame pipe
Remove the radiator cap and install the rubber heat guard over the filler neckReinstall the radiator capSet the rubber heat guard properly (page 1-20)
