FUEL SYSTEM (PGM-FI) Lift the fuel tank and disconnect the fuel hose from the fuel tank jointFUEL TANK JOINT
Unhook the heat guard rubbers from the heat guard plate bosses and frame bossesRemove the heat guard rubbers
HEAT GUARD RUBBERS
Remove the fuel feed hose, radiator hose and throttle cable from the clamp on the heat guard plateRemove the heat guard plate from the frame by releasing the two bossesInstall the heat guard plate, rubber heat guard and fuel tank in the reverse order of removalNOTE: After installing the fuel tank, turn the ignition switch ON and check that there is no fuel leak
