FRONT WHEELSUSPENSIONSTEERING Apply grease to the throttle cable end and conn ect the cable to the throttle arm Install the return spring and throttle arm onto the throttle lever by aligning the slotInstall the throttle arm nut with new lock washer and tighten itBend up the lock washer tab against the nutARM NUT
Install new gasket, then install the throttle housing
Install and tighten the three screws TORQUE: 3.4 Nm (0.35 kgfm, 2.5 Ibfft)
Adjust the throttle lever freeplay (page 4-6)
