DISASSEMBLY
Remove the three screws, throttle housing cover and gasket Slide the boot off the throttle cable adjuster
Loosen the lock nut and cable adjusterBend down the lock washer tab and remove the following:throttle arm nutlock washerthrottle armreturn springthrottle leverplastic washer Remove the dust seal from the throttle lever pivot of the housing
