FRONT CRANKCASE COVER INSTALLATION
Be careful not to damage the mating surfaces
Clean the mating surfaces of the crankcase cover and crankcase thoroughlyBlowout the oil passages in the crankcase cover with compressed airInstall the two dowel pins and new gasketInstall the washer onto the gearshift spindle
Install the front crankcase coverInstall the 12 bolts with the cable holder in the direction as shown Tighten the bolts in crisscross pattern in several steps securelyInstall the oil filler capdipstick
