CLUTCHGEARSHIFT LINKAGE Install the set spring into the master arm from the return spring sideInstall the master arm by aligning the wide groove with the wide tooth of the spindle and set the return spring ends onto the spring pin Hook the set spring to the gearshift plateApply engine oil to the master arm rollerInstall the gearshift spindle and arm as follows
Coat the lips of new oil seal with greaseInstall the oil seal into the rear crankcase cover until it is fully seatedApply engine oil to the spindle journals of the crankcase coverAlign the wide tooth (punch) of the spindle with the wide groove in the arm
