CLUTCHGEARSHIFT LINKAGE Clean the O-ring groove in the drive plate thoroughly and apply grease into the grooveCoat new O-ring with engine oil and install it into the groove
Apply locking agent to the filter cover bolt threads Install the oil filter cover and tighten the three boltsInstall the front crankcase cover (page 10-30)
CHANGE CLUTCH
DISASSEMBLY
Remove the centrifugal clutch (page 10-10)Temporarily install the centrifugal clutch drum by aligning the concavity of the change clutch outer with the primary drive gear of the clutch drum Install the gear holder between the primary drive and driven gears as shown, and loosen the four clutch spring bolts in crisscross pattern in several steps
