CLUTCHGEARSHIFT LINKAGE Remove the oil seal
INSPECTION
Check the needle bearings for wear, damage or loose fit
Check the lifter arm spindle for wear, damage bending Check the return spring for fatigue or damageCheck the lifter piece for excessive wear or damage
LIFTER PIECE
INSTALLATION
Coat the lips of new oil seal with greaseInstall the oil seal with the flat side facing out until the depth from the crankcase cover is 0.5mm Apply engine oil to the bearings
